Joining the Pedal Power Association is easy, with a variety of options available. Membership brings many benefits, including discounted entries to many events, a seeded funride number and timing (results) at selected events. PPA members also qualify for several discounts and membership benefits from our external partners.
The membership year runs from 1 July to 30 June and membership fees are due annually on 1 July, irrespective of when during the year you join the Association. Annually as of January, pro rata fees apply – please contact the Office for more information.

If you have a valid credit card, the quickest and easiest way to join the PPA or renew your membership is via our secure online site. Joining online also saves our resources so that we can maximise the funding of cycling development and projects.
COME AND VISIT US
We love to meet our members, so if you are in the vicinity, do come and visit us at our offices on the first floor of Block U at Greenford Office Estate, Punter’s Way, Kenilworth (behind the Kenilworth Centre, right next to the Kenilworth Racecourse). We accept cash, credit card and cheque payments at the office. Our office hours are 08h30-16h30 Mondays to Thursdays, and 08h30-16h00 on Fridays.
You can also visit us at events that are on the PPA calendar, where you’ll find our Mobile Office near the event registration area, with PPA staff manning it from 1 hour before the start of the event until the start of prize giving.
PAY VIA DEBIT ORDER
Payment via annual direct debit order saves us both time and money when it comes to renewing your membership on 1 July, plus you pay a discounted rate. Please give us a call (021 671-6340 / 4079) or email and we’ll send the necessary paperwork to you. Please note that all debit order agreements, including alterations or cancellations, need to be in writing and must carry your signature, and must reach us annually no later than 15 June. If you join PPA after this date, you’ll need to pay via an alternative method for the first year (without the debit order discount), and join the debit order run in the second year.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
You can collect your new road number and/or MTB funride board either from the PPA Office, or from the first road or MTB event that you participate in. We have numbers for new members at all our events, but if you want to speed up things in the morning, please contact us during the week prior to your first event so that we can pre-allocate a number to you at the office and have your new number ready and waiting for collection at the event.
