Weekly Ladies Rides

Kick-start your morning with a fabulous mountain bike ride filled with lots of laughter, great conversations, a good cuppa coffee, and of course lots of learning to become a better and confident mountain biker. We take you up the trails and dive into the nature that surround us Capetonians with the goal to build up your skills and fitness within a safe and non-competitive environment.

  • Intermediate Rider | You have been riding for more than a year and are confident on most easy trails but still nervous in root and rock gardens, smaller drops, switchbacks and berms.

Kids Mountain Bike Academy

Children have the ability to pick up skills much faster than adults and the potential should be nurtured from a young age with weekly practice. Our training is based on a specific skill progression programme to ensure effective learning and improved bike handling skills throughout the term.

The fun factor is most important during the skills clinics with some specific technique drills in the first half and practical application in single trails during the latter half. Once a month kids will test their skills and strength in a short race. Great prizes are up for grabs.
